Fries are still one of the biggest hits on Potato Coop’s menu, with six different types of fries available. The fresh cut fries that started it all can now be ordered with “Coop seasoning,” garlic Parmesan, Cajun, barbecue or ranch.
The Potato Coop food truck caters at offices, events and parties in Harrisburg and beyond. Every week, the truck features a different combination of items from the menu, including three different entrees, three potato choices and three side dishes.
