Triple Crown Corporation participated in the annual Maintenance Mania, held at the Holiday Inn-Grantville on Thursday, April 28, 2016. Maintenance Mania is a national program offered by affiliates of the National Apartment Association where maintenance technicians compete against each other in eight skill-based games. These games are based on common maintenance activities, plus a race car competition. All games are timed to determine the fastest competitor in each game and overall. Participants must build their cars prior to the event, aiming to have the fastest and most creative car built out of maintenance supplies. Maintenance technicians are recognized for their speed and skills with certificates, trophies or prizes.

Competing in the challenges were Myrl Coons, Robert Boozer, Mark Edmonds, Rich Hess, and James Howley. Several employees were on hand to cheer on our maintenance techs. The competition was tough this year, with a record number of 140 participants. No one from TCC placed this year, but the event was a valuable networking day for all.
