The information gathered from the returned surveys is used to gain insight - how they rate TCC and what motivates them to sell a TCC home vs. the competition. The results from our 2009 Residential Realtor Survey are in and here is a brief summary of our results ...
  • The best features of our new home communities are “location” and “floor plans”
  • TCC was listed as the #1 builder in Harrisburg
  • The question “I am familiar with TCC’s name in the Harrisburg home building market” rated a favorable 97%
  • 87% rated a favorable selling experience with TCC.
  • 83% almost always/sometimes include a TCC home in their tour with prospects.
  • The top features buyers are looking for in today’s market were listed as: open floor plans, hardwood/upgraded flooring, location, fair pricing and large kitchens.
  • Realtors requested brochures on current new home communities, educational seminars on home building and on selling new homes. Dave Shuey is working on a presentation with his sales team that will take place in the first quarter of 2010.

The “KINGS” lost a tough 9-inning game by the score of 25-17. Triple Crown played for “Rebuilding Together Greater Harrisburg” and Haller's charity was “Habitat for Humanity”.

This is the third year these teams have played for this great charity. Triple Crown will play the “Keggers” four times this season.
  (Susquehanna Twp., Harrisburg, PA. 5/10/07) Mama Leone's pizza shop has leased space at Triple Crown Corporation's Brandywine Plaza in Susquehanna Township. Owners “Mama” Erminia Leone and her husband, Luigi, will personally run the shop. Mama Leone’s has been in existence since 1995. The pizza shop will offer a variety of traditional and pizzeria menu items. Mama Leone’s will deliver anywhere in Lower Paxton and Susquehanna Township and they expect to grand open in late July 2007. Triple Crown Corporation's Patty Toth, Commercial Property Manager, handled the transaction for both the tenant and the owner.

  (Susquehanna Twp., Harrisburg, PA - 4/6/07) Homeinstead Senior Care has renewed its lease at the Triple Crown Corporation's West Shore Office Park, Hampden Township. HomeInstead Senior Care provides a wide range of services for seniors, from occasional assistance with errands to full time care in the home. They service the entire greater Harrisburg area. Patty Toth of Triple Crown Corporation handled the transaction for both the tenant and the owner.

Circuit Fitness provides a quality weight resistance center. This 2,000 square foot suite will continue to service the greater Harrisburg area. Brandywine Plaza is owned and managed by Triple Crown Corporation. Patty Toth of Triple Crown Corporation handled the transaction for both the tenant and the owner.

  (Lower Paxton Twp., Harrisburg, PA - 6/12/06) Triple Crown Corporation, a local builder, developer and property management company, will volunteer members of their skilled staff during “Build Week” of Possibility Place, a playground all children, with or without disabilities. Along with providing financial support, seventeen Triple Crown Corporation employees will volunteer their time and skills on June 14th and 15th. “Triple Crown Corporation is eager to help the community both financially and with our construction background in this huge undertaking” Triple Crown Corporation President John  DiSanto said.

The Triple Crown Marketing Department provided a gift of appreciation to all who attended for their hard work and dedication along with breakfast and lunch being served.

Employees, homeowners, rental residents and commercial tenants were very generous this year. We exceeded our amount collected last year and donated 2,022 pounds of food and supplies to the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank.

October 28th through November 4th has been designated as “Build Week”. Triple Crown Corporation employees and volunteers will work on the home, to be located at North 16th and Park Street in Harrisburg, from 6:30AM until 7:00PM daily.
  (Lower Paxton Twp., Harrisburg, PA – 9/20/06) The Central Penn Business Journal announced and honored the top fifty businesses that have made significant contributions to the growth, strength and success of the Central PA region during the 10th Anniversary Top Fifty Fastest Growing Companies awards breakfast at Hilton Harrisburg on Monday, September 18.  Triple Crown Corporation, Lower Paxton Township, is proud to announce its rank of number “13” on this year’s list.
  During the Top Fifty Fastest Growing Companies awards breakfast, the ranking of the fifty winning companies was announced. Emcee for the event was David A. Schankweiler, publisher of the Central Penn Business Journal. The breakfast and awards ceremony featured guest speaker John Resnick, principal of Resnick Associates and host of WHP-AM 580’s “Legends of Success”.
  In order to be eligible for nomination, companies needed to show revenue of at least $500,000 in each of the fiscal years ending 2003, 2004, and 2005 and show revenue growth in 2005, as compared to 2003 (a three year period). Eligible companies were to be for-profit entities headquartered in Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry or York County.
  Presenting sponsor, Seligman, Friedman & Co., P.C., calculated the nominations and then ranked the companies according to revenue growth over the three-year period of 2003-2005. Both dollar and percentage increases were taken into consideration. This ranking formula led to recognition of the 2006 Top Fifty Fastest Growing Companies, consisting of both large and small companies.
  In addition to the awards breakfast on September 18, the Top Fifty Fastest Growing Companies are profiled in a special supplement to the September 22 issue of the Central Penn Business Journal. The complete list of honorees is published in ranked order, along with information on each company’s financial growth.
